How much is shipping?
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders throughout Australia.
When will my order arrive?
We process orders within 2 to 3 business days. Transit usually takes 4 to 9 business days. You can expect your pieces to arrive within 6 to 12 business days.
Where do you ship?
We currently coordinate delivery to addresses within Australia. To ensure a secure chain of custody, we do not ship to PO Boxes or restricted areas.
Orders and Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day return policy. Items must be unworn, in pristine condition, and have all original tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we are pleased to offer exchanges. If you require a different size or a different cut, please contact our support team and we will seamlessly guide you through exchanging your unworn piece.
